Services:  Case management for HIV-positive persons in the four-county area regardless of income level; financial assistance for medical care, counseling, housing, nutrition and transportation for HIV-positive persons at or below 300% of the federal poverty level; drug assistance program for HIV-positive persons at or below 500% of the federal poverty level.

You can call them for help finding a doctor, paying insurance premiums or co-pays, applying for Medicaid or disability, getting home health care, receiving free medications or paying some of your household bills.  If you are HIV positive and need this kind of help, please contact them now!
