Services:  Case managers administer emergency financial assistance through a funding source called Housing Opportunities for People with HIV/AIDS (H.O.P.W.A.).  They can provide HIV-positive persons who meet certain income requirements help with housing-related bills like rent, mortgage, moving expenses and utility bills.

Services:  Provides independent apartments for persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families; provides case management, mental health counseling, primary health care and substance abuse counseling.  Located on N. Meridian Road.
