Services:  Case managers administer emergency financial assistance through two sources of funding:  Ryan White and H.O.P.W.A. (Housing Opportunities for People with HIV/AIDS).  They can provide HIV-positive persons who meet certain income requirements help with housing-related bills like rent, mortgage, moving expenses and utility bills.
