Services:  Case management for HIV-positive persons in the four-county area regardless of income level; financial assistance for medical care, counseling, housing, nutrition and transportation for HIV-positive persons at or below 300% of the federal poverty level; drug assistance program for HIV-positive persons at or below 500% of the federal poverty level.
